The Entrepreneur Development Forum is a 10 week training program that equips aspiring entrepreneurs with the insights, relationships, and tools needed to turn business ideas into action and turn a passion into a sustainable and thriving business. The Development Forum will consist of a 9 week Co.Starters training program for 3 hours each week. The program will be capped with a funding pitch session when each Entrepreneur will have the opportunity to present to a panel of public and private investors which will award $3,500 between forum Entrepreneurs.
We will be hosting an information session in May and will begin the first forum in the late Summer 2017.
Refreshments and training materials will be provided to each participant. The training is free of charge thanks to a grant from the State of Tennessee, Main Street Program.
There are three basic qualifications for to participate:
- Have a business idea that you would like to grow in Gallatin
- Be willing to share your idea with a group of your peers to refine the concept
- Commit to the full 10 week program
